I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location was perfect, right on the main piazza overlooking the beautiful inlet of Portofino. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, truly embodying Italian hospitality. However, the dining experience was a bit disappointing with very poor options.

The rooms were so comfortable and modern, especially the bathroom. I stayed on the first floor with patio doors opening directly onto the square. Although there wasn't a view, the sitting room with a pull-out couch was a nice touch.
